The Agency Side of TempGuru.

Two paths for staffing agencies: evaluate the operating software or apply to the partner network. Review product capabilities, industry editions, pricing, partner requirements, and switching guides from one starting point. Opportunities remain demand- and capacity-dependent.

Run the platform we run.

TempGuru Pro is staffing agency software built for shift-based operations. Its ATS, CRM with map views, employee portal, document signing, scheduling, time review, and invoice integrations keep the working record together from client request to billing.

Guru gives clients a text-first route into that workflow. Clients can place orders and approve timesheets by text. If a confirmed worker cancels, Guru contacts available backups so the coordinator can work the replacement without restarting the roster.

Software pricing and included capabilities are listed on the pricing page. Confirm implementation, integrations, usage, and contract terms in writing before choosing a plan.

What kind of staffing agency software is TempGuru Pro?

TempGuru Pro is an operating platform for shift-based staffing agencies. It connects Guru's client text workflow with ATS records, CRM and mapping, document signing, the employee portal, matching, dispatch, time review, payroll export, invoice integrations, and reporting. Agencies should confirm the current implementation scope, integrations, permissions, usage limits, support, and contract terms before choosing a plan.

Can an agency use TempGuru Pro without joining the partner network?

The software path and the partner-network path are separate evaluations. An agency may review TempGuru Pro for its own operations without assuming partner status. A partner application is reviewed against market demand, event-staffing experience, employment and payroll operations in its jurisdiction, capacity, and the requirements in the active partner contract.

Does joining the partner network guarantee event staffing orders?

No. Applying, contracting, or onboarding does not guarantee orders or a fixed volume. Potential assignments depend on client demand, market coverage, role fit, approved pricing, availability, capacity, and delivery history. The written partner agreement governs any order the agency accepts.

What should a staffing agency review before switching software?

Map the current order-to-invoice workflow first. Document required data migration, user roles, client intake, worker communication, scheduling rules, credential records, time approval, payroll export, billing, reporting, integrations, support, security responsibilities, and the rollback plan. Then test those requirements against the written product scope instead of relying on a feature checklist.

Does TempGuru Pro integrate with every payroll or accounting system?

Do not assume universal integration coverage. Identify the exact payroll, accounting, messaging, identity, and reporting systems your agency uses. TempGuru should confirm the current connection method, data fields, ownership, implementation work, limits, and any separate fees in writing before the agency changes its process.

How should an agency evaluate staffing software security and permissions?

Review the current security documentation and contract for the actual product and plan. Confirm user roles, least-privilege access, authentication, data ownership, retention, exports, incident communication, vendor access, and offboarding. A marketing page should not be treated as proof of a certification or control that is not included in the current written materials.
