Master SEO so your agency shows up when clients search. Build pages that rank on Google and get cited by AI. Learn the anatomy of a page that converts, then build your service pages, city pages, and blog on whatever platform you use. Step-by-step setups included for Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, and others.

Daily Operations

Get found locally. Set up your Google Business Profile, verify it, and fill in every field. Then automate your review collection, manage your listings across directories, and post updates that keep your profile active. One tool. Shows up in map packs, AI answers, and every local search.

Advanced Workflows

Build a library of Claude prompts you and your team can use every day. Start with five cores (job descriptions, emails, social posts, website content) and add more as your work demands them. By the end, any team member can generate a client email, a candidate text, or a blog post in under two minutes.

Master the weekly routine that keeps your entire operation running. Check your Google Search Console data, maintain your GBP, monitor your AI citations, and create one piece of content every week. And you'll leave with a two-to-three-hour weekly routine that keeps your agency ahead without drowning in every tool that launches.

The cohort teaches you how to use AI (primarily Claude) to run your agency. Lead capture, content creation, SEO pages, client outreach, review collection, daily ops. By Module 05 you'll have a library of reusable prompts for every task your agency runs. The AI isn't a black box we run for you. It's a skill you learn, taught by people who use it every day to run TempGuru.

$499 per month plus 2.5% of sales run through the platform. Your success is our success. We only grow when you grow, and that's by design. The revenue share keeps us building what actually moves your agency forward, not shipping features that look good in a demo. 12-month term, billed monthly.

Do I need a website already? addremove

Yes, ideally. The cohort teaches you how to turn your existing website into a marketing hub. If you don't have one yet, let us know on the onboarding call and we'll talk through whether you should join this cohort or the next one after you've got a site up.

Is this a gig platform? addremove

No. This is for W-2 staffing agencies. You stay the employer of record. Your workers stay on your payroll. We built everything (the teaching, the AI, the tools) to support correct classification, not work around it. W-2 is a competitive advantage, and we'll teach you how to sell it.
