Welcome to Temporary Assistance Guru, Inc. ("TAG," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the "Site"), use our application (the "App"), or access our services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our End-User License Agreement ("EULA"), which governs your use of the Service.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to access the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect personally identifiable information from time to time, including but not limited to:

• Name: Your full name as provided during account registration or when using the Service.

• Email Address: Required to receive messages from the Company, including service notifications, updates, and promotional offers.

• Location: Geographic location data to facilitate connections between Staffing Companies and Hiring Companies in relevant markets.

• Mobile Network Information: Information about your mobile carrier and network connection when accessing the Service via mobile device.

• Device Information: Technical data about the computer, tablet, mobile phone, or similar device used to access the Service, including device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.

• Standard Web Log Data: Information automatically collected by our servers, including pages visited, time and date of access, referring URLs, and clickstream data.

• IP Addresses: Your Internet Protocol address used to connect to the Service.

• Payment Information: Valid credit card information as required for account registration and Service transactions.

• Account Credentials: Unique log-in credentials, including username and password, created to access the Service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR STAFFING COMPANIES AND HIRING COMPANIES

If you are a Staffing Company, we may also collect certificates of insurance showing that you maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including but not limited to general liability insurance, payroll, and workers' compensation, as required by the EULA.

If you are a Hiring Company, we may collect information related to your temporary employment needs, including job order details, position requirements, and related business information.

USER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available via the Service ("User Content"). As set forth in the EULA, by posting any User Content via the Service, you expressly grant to TAG a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such User Content and your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your User Content, if applicable, in whole or in part, and in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Service.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you through the Service:

• Deliver Targeted Marketing: To provide you with relevant promotional content, advertisements, and marketing communications tailored to your interests and use of the Service.

• Send Service Update Notices: To inform you of updates, changes, or enhancements to the Service, including modifications to our terms, policies, and features.

• Facilitate Service Operations: To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including the proprietary matching algorithm, job posting platform, candidate search functionality, messaging system, and reporting tools.

• Process Transactions: To consolidate invoices, process payments, and disburse funds between Staffing Companies and Hiring Companies as described in the EULA.

• Monitor Interactions: At our discretion, we, or technology we employ, may monitor and/or record your interactions with the Service to ensure compliance with our EULA and to improve our offerings.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside the Company or our affiliates without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Enforcement: To enforce or apply the EULA and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

• Protection of Operations: To protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates.

• Remedies and Damages: To pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain.

• Rights and Safety: To protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of the Company, our affiliates, you, and others.

• Legal Requests: In response to a legal request (such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so.

• Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity.

We may also share information with Staffing Companies and Hiring Companies as necessary to facilitate the staffing services provided through the Service, including sharing job order details, contact information, and other information required to complete temporary staffing arrangements.

DATA RETENTION

Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed, and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of the EULA, or otherwise to prevent harm.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you with the Service, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

USER CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORM

For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from the Company in an electronic form via the email address you have submitted; and (b) agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that the Company provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. The foregoing does not affect your non-waivable rights.

We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including information about the Company and special offers. Opting out may prevent you from receiving messages regarding the Company or special offers.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

As stated in the EULA, the Company does not warrant that the Service is secure or free from bugs, viruses, interruption, errors, identity theft, threat of hackers, or other program limitations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

ACCOUNT SECURITY AND NON-TRANSFERABILITY

User accounts and User log-in credentials are non-transferable. You must take preventative measures to prohibit unauthorized users from accessing the Service with your log-in credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account.

The Company is not responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the unauthorized use of your username, password, and/or account.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Service may contain links to third-party websites ("Third Party Sites") as well as content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Applications, Software, or Content"). Such Third Party Sites and Third Party Applications, Software, or Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by the Company.

The Company is not responsible for any Third Party Sites accessed through the Service or any Third Party Applications, Software, or Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Service, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Sites or the Third Party Applications, Software, or Content.

If you decide to leave the Service and access Third Party Sites or to use or install any Third Party Applications, Software, or Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that this Privacy Policy no longer governs. You may opt out of this sharing by using our cookie consent controls, adjusting your browser settings to block third-party cookies, or by contacting us directly.

**Categories of Personal Information Collected.** In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, IP address), commercial information (transaction records, staffing orders), internet or electronic network activity (browsing history, interactions with our Site), geolocation data, and professional or employment-related information.
