Venue and logistics notes
The Aud (Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex), East Avenue. Home ice for the OHL's Kitchener Rangers, plus KW Titans basketball and Kitchener Panthers baseball, with concerts and conventions between fixtures. A multi-building complex east of the core with its own parking fields, so gate and usher calls stage off the complex's entrances rather than downtown streets.
Centre in the Square, 101 Queen Street North. The city's flagship performing-arts room: the 1,951-seat Raffi Armenian Theatre. Touring shows mean tight same-day load-ins at the north edge of downtown, a short block from the King Street core.
Victoria Park, downtown's south edge. Open since 1896 and the city's oldest park, it hosts Ribfest, the Kitchener Blues Festival, KidsPark, and the Roos Island Music Series, with the rentable Victoria Park Pavilion inside it. Outdoor builds here run on park pathways and lake-edge ground, not loading docks.

07The Fine Print
Ask for the agency's licence number before you ask for its rate.
In Ontario, the expensive shortcut is treating event staff as misclassified contractors instead of employees: back pay, penalties, and joint-liability exposure under Ontario's Employment Standards Act, 2000.
