MeadowView Marriott, northwest side. The region's largest conference footprint, 138,000 square feet with a flat-floor convention hall. Trade-show freight moves through its own docks, so stage the build early and staff registration to the arrival window, not the wall clock.
Downtown Kingsport, Broad Street and Church Circle. The festival and civic core. Fun Fest closes streets and stacks stages and vendor rows, so crew leave the cars once, work on foot, and report to the block that is live that hour.
Bays Mountain and Warriors' Path. Large dispersed parks on the south and southeast edges. Races and outdoor dates need parking and shuttle marshaling and several check-in points, plus a heat and weather plan on any summer sheet.
Eastman and the credentialed sites. Corporate activations on or near the Eastman complex run on background checks and badge access. Build the screening lead time into the plan, because a credential is not issued at the gate the morning of.
