The Historic Seaport at Key West Bight is a working 20-acre marina paired with a dining and entertainment district that runs events year round. On the water, Casa Marina Key West, now a Curio Collection by Hilton property, holds up to 500 guests indoors and out with a newer 5,000-square-foot oceanfront event lawn, the kind of scale that drives destination-wedding and luxury-banquet demand disproportionate to the island's size. The Custom House, run by the Key West Art & Historical Society as one of its rental venues, adds a museum-building booking with its own credentialing and collection-protection rules.
None of it changes the road math. The Overseas Highway is the only corridor in or out, so a Key West order plans generator, staging, and crew arrival around that single supply line, not a choice of routes. Most arriving crew and flown-in gear land at the east end of the island in New Town, home to Key West International Airport and most of the residential streets where year-round staff actually live, then travel the length of the island to reach Old Town.
