Is this a franchise?
No. You keep your name, your clients, and your crews. We route you overflow work and give you the platform to run it. You stay independent.
What does it cost?
Partners run on TempGuru Pro — $499 a month plus 2.5% of all invoices run through the platform. One average overflow order usually covers the monthly cost.
How much work will I get?
It depends on your market and verticals. We only onboard partners where we have demand, so we do not promise work we cannot route. Apply and we will tell you what is open in your area.
Do I have to use your software?
Yes. Orders, scheduling, clock-in, and invoicing run on Pro so we can route and track the work cleanly. It is also how you manage your own clients if you run them through the platform too.
What if I already use Bullhorn or Avionté?

Who owns the client?
For overflow orders we route, TempGuru holds the client relationship. Your own clients stay yours, and you can run them on Pro too.
What markets are open?

Major hub cities have the highest order volume — Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC. But apply regardless of market. We will tell you what is open.
