The spine is College Boulevard: Corporate Woods and its 29 buildings at the west end by I-435, the Overland Park Convention Center and Sheraton at College and Nall, and the Aspiria campus — the former Sprint headquarters, 20 buildings across 200-plus acres — just southeast. Downtown Overland Park, four miles north up Metcalf, runs the farmers' market from the new Clock Tower Landing and the boutique-event strip around Marty Street.
South is where the weekends happen: the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex off 135th, AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk at 159th and US-69, and the city's Arboretum event spaces near 179th. The growth runs straight down US-69, and so does the tournament traffic.

Venue and logistics notes
Overland Park Convention Center, College & Nall. A 60,000-square-foot column-free exhibit hall with eight docks, a 25,000-square-foot ballroom, and the 412-room Sheraton attached. OVG360 runs the building; load-in is dock-driven and civilized compared to a downtown high-rise.
Corporate Woods and Aspiria. Office-park events run on business rhythms — vendor days, town halls, campus activations — with building security and badge lists instead of ticket scanners. Founders' Park at Corporate Woods hosts the city's July 4 Star Spangled Spectacular.
Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex, 13700 Switzer. Twelve lighted synthetic pitches across 96 acres, home of Heartland Soccer's tournament machine. Staffing runs in match blocks from early morning to last whistle, with crews rotating across field clusters rather than holding one post.
