Florida leaves overtime to the federal FLSA, time-and-a-half past 40 hours in a week, and the state's real wage story in 2026 is the calendar: Amendment 2's ladder holds the minimum at $14.00 until September 29, then delivers its final rung, $15.00, on September 30, 2026.
