02The Map
One waterfront strip holds almost everything.
The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center anchors the harbor at 350 Harbor Drive -- Symphony Hall, Pioneer Hall, Paulucci Hall, the DECC Arena, and two convention wings on a single campus, with AMSOIL Arena running UMD men's and women's hockey plus touring shows. The DECC also manages Bayfront Festival Park next door and the William A. Irvin ship, so one operator's calendar governs most of the shoreline.

Bayfront Festival Park. The festival lawn on the lake: Fourthfest, Reggae & World Music, the Blues Festival, City on the Hill, Oktoberfestival, and Pride, nearly weekend-to-weekend from July into September.
