I tell clients that Wisconsin is three distinct event markets wearing one state's name. Milwaukee is a festival and arena city — Summerfest alone is an 11-day operation that would exhaust most staffing companies. Madison is a university market with its own calendar driven by Badgers athletics and Big Ten programming. Green Bay is an NFL town where the whole city is the stadium experience. When Lambeau hosts a playoff game in January, the entire logistics infrastructure of the city is dedicated to the event.
