Oklahoma Employment Compliance
Oklahoma law 37A-2-121 requires all employees who work at licensed alcohol establishments to complete ABLE Commission-approved server training and hold a valid employee license. The license is obtained after completing an approved training program from providers including TIPS, A+ Server Education, and others. The Oklahoma ABLE Commission issues temporary licenses for special events, and all serving staff at those events require active employee licenses. Non-compliance carries ABLE enforcement actions and license revocation for the host venue.
