Venue and logistics notes
Colorado State Fairgrounds, Beulah Avenue. Fair-time work runs at grounds scale, gates, exhibit halls, guest services across a full campus, and the build starts days before opening. Off-season, the same grounds rent halls and arenas for expos, shows, and community events.
Union Avenue Historic District. The Chile Festival closes the street for three days: vendor rows, roaster stations, competition stages, and a Friday schedule that runs to midnight. Historic-district street builds mean barricade plans and merchant coordination, not dock doors.
The Riverwalk. Events thread along a water channel, pavilions, boat operations, and lantern nights, where crowd flow follows the water and setup happens from walkways, not loading bays.
