Indianapolis doesn't get enough credit as an event city. People think racing and basketball — and yes, those are real — but the Indiana Convention Center running 1.3 million square feet of programming year-round is what actually keeps our Indianapolis roster busy. Gen Con alone requires 500+ hospitality staff across four days. When the Final Four comes to town, the entire downtown grid becomes one staffing deployment. The Indy 500 is unlike anything else I've worked — 300,000 people, 33 cars, and a hundred sponsor tents that all need crews at exactly the same time. Our Indianapolis team has done it.
