Meet Megan
CEO and founder of TAG.
Megan began working on the TAG platform when she saw a serious flaw in how the temporary staffing marketplace operates. Her goal was to eliminate the need for contracts, negotiating, and dealing with 10 to 15 different contracts and price points, by building a bridge between hiring and staffing companies creating a simple system that could make the process easier for both parties.

Staffing as an industry is outdated. We have created a platform that allows you to access a city’s entire temporary employee network without the hassle of multiple contracts and pricing negotiations. Our innovative software makes it easier to connect with staffing agencies, use their services, and get the job done. Our goal is to simplify the temporary staffing process so you can worry about the bigger picture.

By creating innovative technology to launch the industry forward, TAG is working toward an exciting future where staffing is less of a stressor and more of a helpful necessity for doing business in the industrial, construction, venue management, manufacturing, and medical industries.

Companies create timesheets in different formats and some hiring companies allow the employee to fill out their own timesheets, leading to issues with transparency. No single staffing agency can fulfill every order and they don’t have access to every contract. With the shift to digital platforms, many companies still lack an automated timesheet system, and handwritten timesheets create a more significant margin for invoice errors. If there is no process set up for orders, new ones can come in via email, phone call, or text message. This allows for information to be lost or forgotten about.
